Esri technology including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, 3D Analyst, Network Analyst,
Spatial Analyst and the complete suite of Esri products available to Esri Business Partners. As such,
CEDRA staff are highly skilled in developing applications for these products as well as implementing
and utilizing them.

towards the surveying, mapping, civil engineering and data management fields.
The services which CEDRA offers has been primarily oriented in data capture,
data maintenance and custom application development for private and municipal clients.
In the last new years CEDRA has expanded its scope of services to include
developing floor plans for use in Enterprise Asset Management systems such as the
Nuvolo EAM platform. These projects involve
parsing architectural drawings into Nuvolo compliant DWG/DXF files. CEDRA's clients for
these projects have included hospitals, banks, movie studios, video game companies and Fortune 500 firms.
Recently CEDRA was selected by the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation (NYSDEC) to maintain their State Forest Inventory Database (SFID). The SFID
application is comprised of the SFID Web Site and SFID Web Service. Written in HTML and AngularJS,
the SFID Web Site enables foresters to interact with the State's Oracle database seamlessly
using a web browser. The SFID Web Site enables the user to maintain assets such Stands, Plots and Trees as maintain
information pertaining to Sales and Temporary Revocable Permits.
Additionally, CEDRA is also actively involved with
routing and network analysis. CEDRA's work with the New York State Energy and
Research Agency (NYSERDA) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
has involved developing 3D GIS based roadway networks which can be
used for routing heavy and wide load vehicles as well as fuel efficiency
analysis.
CEDRA personnel are highly skilled and proficient in civil engineering and software
development. CEDRA personnel have also authored books such as Avenue Wraps and
Geometric Procedures for Civil Engineers. Avenue Wraps
is an excellent resource for those who are interested in developing applications using ArcObjects

that can be incorporated in CAD or GIS software. Both publications have an accompanying CD containing
