New to the CEDRA product line is the CEDRA-AGsuite software which integrates all of the ArcGIS based CEDRA software into a single package. CEDRA AGsuite provides the user: CAD, COGO, Deed Transcription, Parcel Mapping, Surveying, Contouring, Traverse Adjustment, Cross-Section and Profile Stripping/Plotting, Stakeout, Roadway Design, Earthwork Calculations, Site Development, Plan and Profile Drawing Assembly, Sanitary, Storm, Combined Sewer Modeling, Water Distribution Modeling, Data Editing/Maintenance and DXF export functionality all within the ArcGIS environment.

This software package provides Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Mappers, Assessors and those involved with Utilities (sewer, water, gas, oil, electric, etc.) a wide range of functionality at a most affordable price.

CEDRA-AGsuite can be licensed in one of two modes: (a) Single User License or (b) Site License. The Single User License fee is $1,995 while the Site license fee is $2,995. As the name indicates the single user license is intended for operation on a single computer, while the site license enables the user to operate the software on as many computers as desired within a single building. Additionally, software support for the single user license is available for $350, while software support for the site license is $750. Software support is an annual subscription that provides the user telephone, fax and e-mail technical support, as well as software upgrades as they become available. It should be pointed out that our Site license fee of $2,995 is not a concurrent license, but a true site license. As the name implies, the CEDRA-AGsuite Site license enables the user to operate the software on as many computers in a single building that the user desires, be it 2, 10, 100 or more.

Those who are spending tens of thousands of dollars on software and software support for competitive products will definitely want to consider the CEDRA-AGsuite software site license. Those who desire a wide range of functionality, such as that offered by the CEDRA-AGsuite software, will appreciate the single user license fee. Note, as you review the functionality offered by the CEDRA-AGsuite software, if there is desired functionality which is not present in the CEDRA-AGsuite software, The CEDRA Corporation will work with the client to implement said functionality. Those who are interested in a WebEx demo of the CEDRA-AGsuite software click on this link http://www.cedra.com/webmeeting/ where a file called WebExMeetMeNow.exe can be found. Right-click on the name of the file and select the Save Target As... menu item. Navigate to a location on the PC's hard drive and start the download. Once the file has been downloaded, execute or run the WebExMeetMeNow.exe file. The file will install the MeetMeNow client software, after which, a login display may or may not appear. If a login display appears, click the X in the upper right corner to dismiss the display. The required software for attending a WebEx demo has now been installed. At this point send us an e-mail using the subject line CEDRA-AGsuite WebEx demo and we will e-mail you information describing how to log into the demo.

The CEDRA Corporation is also interested in having Distributors or Resellers market the CEDRA-AGsuite software. Those involved with ArcGIS Server will be interested in the CEDRA-AGSTools software which is a collection of VB.NET software procedures designed for incorporation into new and existing ArcGIS Server Web Applications. Recognizing the growing interest of users to create Web based applications, the CEDRA-AGSTools software provides users the ability to incorporate specialized Viewing, Buffering, Exporting and Data Management tools into their Web based applications. Distributed in source code form, users are able to use the software as is or customize the software to meet their specific requirements. Included with the software is a 1 year support plan that provides users assistance in the installation of the software, minor customization and software updates. Those interested in obtaining tools for buffering about a point and a buffering about a feature should check out the April 2011 issue of Command of the Month. The April 2011 issue of Command of the Month discusses how the files can be incorporated into an existing ArcGIS Server VB.NET based application.

Since the software is distributed in source code form, users are able to see exactly how the software is structured and make any desired modifications. The inline documentation provides an excellent means for users to learn how to use the ArcGIS Web ADF in developing ArcGIS Server Web Applications. The techniques shown in the code can then be applied to develop other custom tools. User will also realize that the license fee for the CEDRA-AGSTools software is far less than the cost to hire a consultant to develop all of the tools included in the CEDRA-AGSTools software. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of users that can access the tools within the CEDRA-AGSTools tools and there are no royalty fees if the CEDRA-AGSTools software is used to develop other ArcGIS Server tools.

One-way and turn restriction information ensures nationwide routing, and driving directions are generated with more accuracy. StreetMap Pro is delivered on a single DVD.
