CEDRATM is pleased to announce
it's participation in the ESRI Local Government Start Up Grant
Program. CEDRA is offering its CEDRA-AVparcelTM software to those chosen Grant
Recipients to assist new GIS users in establishing their parcel
layer database and facilitate their parcel mapping/maintenance
needs.
As a participant in the ESRI Local Government Start-Up Grant Program, since its inception, CEDRA has provided numerous grant recipients with CEDRA AVparcel software.
CEDRA AVparcelTM is an ArcView® extension that provides a robust suite of tools for tax (cadastral) mapping, parcel maintenance and point-line-polygon feature editing. Grant Recipients are able to create, update and manage their parcels, easements, leases and land boundary information completely within an ArcView environment.
With CEDRA AVparcel, a user is able to introduce land parcels by transcribing deed information, a variety of general geometric commands, or mass import of points, lines and parcels from an available digital base in a variety of file formats. Parcel and ownership information may be introduced, and parcel indentification numbers (PIN's) may be customized to user specific formats. User's have the ability to snap between and within themes, handle unlimited number of parcels, utilize state plane or UTM coordinate systems, work with feet (US customary), meters (SI), veras, or chains and rods, buffering capabilities, and a host of other productivity tools.
