CEDRA GRAPHICS-ENGINETM

The CEDRA GRAPHICS-ENGINETM is the core module which CEDRA-SEATM, CEDRA-LANDTM, CEDRA-SANDTM and CEDRA-WATERTM are based upon. The graphics engine provides the user with over 100 geometric construction tools to (a) import and define three dimensional points with or without user assigned identification numbers and description; (b) construct three dimensional lines and curves (spirals, quadratic, cubic and ellipses); (c) compute intersections between lines and curves, and points and lines of projections and tangency thereto; and (d) establish offset (parallel and concentric elements or strings mixed with line and curve elements. Additional tools are available to generate dimensioning, pipe annotations and parcel metes and bounds annotation. This functionality enables the CEDRATM user to perform design in a CAD style environment. The CEDRA GRAPHICS-ENGINETM has been used for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering drawing generation. 36 different font styles, 120 symbols and 65 linestyle s enable the draftsperson to enhance the drawing as desired.
